Returns

At Creative Belle we work hard to ensure our products are of good quality. 

However we are human and every now and then mistakes may happen.  If for some reason you are not happy with your item/s please contact us info@creativebelle.co.nz.

All of our items are made to order.  Please contact us straight away if you need to change or edit an order.  We will endeavor to meet your request, however this may not always be possible. 

Return postage costs must be covered by the customer, unless Creative Belle reasonably agrees the item is faulty.

Important Return Policy:

  • You must notify us within 3 days of receipt of goods if you would like to return an item by emailing - info@creativebelle.co.nz.  We do not accept returns due to 'change of mind'. 
  • You must return goods to us within 10 days of us replying to your initial return request.
  • For courier damage claims we must be notified within 2 days of you receiving the goods.  
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also must remain with the original packaging.
